Works have begun at the communtiy/biodiversity Garden at St' Mary's National School Glaslough. This project is a joint venture between St. Mary's school and Glaslough tidy town committee. The school plan to engage in their 5th green flag in biodiversity later this year and this garden will be an integral part of this process as well as the edecuational facility and resource it will provide for the children. The tidy town committee plans to grow all of the flowers for the village as well as engage in horticulture training courses at the garden. They have currently enlisted the help of Mr Declan Mc Kenna who is an expert in this field of work.
